14. Use of Location Data

14.1. General Information

The Click & Take Off application collects and uses location data solely for flight analysis and the management of flight history, providing users with a digital flight log.

14.2. Continuous Location

Location data is used to detect whether the user is near an aerodrome, within an aerodrome area, and then on a takeoff runway.

14.3. Manual Location

The user manually activates location tracking before their flight. Recording continues until the user deactivates the mode themselves.

14.4. Location with Device

The Click & Take Off device is permanently installed on board the aircraft and operates autonomously. Aircraft managers are solely responsible for its activation, use, and compliance with applicable regulations.

14.5. Privacy and Data Sharing

No data, including personal information, is shared or transmitted under any circumstances, except for flight synchronization with third-party flight management software at the explicit request of the aircraft manager.

14.6. Modifying Location Preferences

The user can modify their location preferences at any time in the application settings and on their device.
