4. Use of the Tool
Click & Take Off offers two distinct services:
Post-flight analysis: A solution for reviewing flight data after a flight. This tool must never be used during a flight.
Shared flight matchmaking: Click & Take Off facilitates connections between pilots and passengers but does not provide an air transport service.
You agree to use these services for legal purposes only. It is prohibited to use the tool to violate applicable laws or regulations.

8. Specific Terms for Shared Flight Matchmaking
8.1. Pilot Responsibility
By using the shared flight matchmaking feature, pilots acknowledge and accept:
They are solely responsible for the flight and passenger safety.
They hold the required qualifications and licenses.
They must inform passengers of the risks associated with general aviation.
They will conduct a pre-flight inspection with passengers and provide all relevant flight details.
Click & Take Off is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or flight cancellations.
8.2. Passenger Responsibility
By using the shared flight matchmaking feature, passengers acknowledge and accept:
They are aware of the risks inherent to light aviation and fully accept them.
They will participate in the pre-flight inspection and verify the pilot’s qualifications.
Click & Take Off does not provide any transport service and cannot be held responsible for pilot decisions or potential incidents.
8.3. Service Nature and Liability Exclusion
Click & Take Off acts exclusively as an intermediary and does not provide any transport service.
Click & Take Off cannot be held responsible for cancellations, modifications, or incidents related to a shared flight.
Contact details are exchanged between pilots and passengers with their explicit consent.

14. Use of Location Data
14.1. General Information
The Click & Take Off application collects and uses location data solely for flight analysis and the management of flight history, providing users with a digital flight log.
Users can choose between different location modes according to their preferences.
14.2. Continuous Location (Automatic Mode, with mobile)
Location data is used to detect whether the user is near an aerodrome, within an aerodrome area, and then on a takeoff runway (no recording occurs before entering the runway).
Flight tracks are recorded only from the moment the user is on a takeoff runway until they exit the runway and the aircraft comes to a complete stop at the end of the flight.
14.3. Manual Location (Manual Mode, with mobile)
The user manually activates location tracking before their flight.
Recording starts immediately upon activation and continues until the user deactivates the mode themselves.
The user is responsible for deactivating this mode once their flight is completed.
14.4. Location with Device (Without Mobile)
The Click & Take Off device is permanently installed on board the aircraft and is under the responsibility of the aircraft managers.
The device automatically records location data from the moment it is powered on until it is powered off and the aircraft has come to a complete stop.
The device operates autonomously and transmits data directly to Click & Take Off for storage. A flight only appears in a user’s history when it has been assigned to them.
Aircraft managers must inform all users of the presence of the device and its use for flight recording.
Click & Take Off cannot be held responsible for the use of the device after it has been purchased by the customer.
Aircraft managers are solely responsible for its activation, use, and compliance with applicable regulations.
14.5. Privacy and Data Sharing
No data, including personal information, is shared or transmitted under any circumstances, with or without consent.
The only exception concerns flight synchronization with third-party flight management software, which will only occur at the explicit request of the aircraft manager.
The data concerned may include: aerodromes visited, flight duration, and any potential alerts.
Recorded flights are stored solely for the user’s personal history and are never used for other purposes.
14.6. Modifying Location Preferences
The user can modify their location preferences at any time in the application settings and on their device (for mobile modes) or manage the use of the device according to their own needs.
